We have all had that friend of family member that has endured a hardship like divorce, death in the family, loss of a job, medical issues, no equity, unruly tenants, not enough time or money to repair the home, and the list goes on.

Fox Valley Cash 4 Homes is exactly that... we pay cash for homes in any condition, any location, or price range.  For any number of reasons someone in one of the situations listed above may not want to reach out for help.  As their friend or family member you can start the conversation, help them out, and get paid $1,000 for making the introduction that leads to the sale.

 In order to qualify for a referral fee, all of the following conditions must be met;

• The person making the referral with Gabriel Investments LLC MUST complete this form in its entirety before contact is made between the property owner and one of our team members.
• A referral fee will only be paid to the first person to submit complete information on a potential property address.
• You must have an established relationship with the property owner to facilitate the contact.  We do have compensation programs for "bird dogs" and skip tracers please see those below.
• The referral fee will only be paid upon the successful closing of the purchase transaction in which Gabriel Investments LLC takes ownership of the property and title is conveyed in the company's name, OR upon a successful assignment of contract facilitated by Gabriel Investments LLC.
• Gabriel Investments LLC enters into purchase agreements for the company's investment. We are not a real estate licensee as defined under Wisconsin State Statute 452, are not listing properties for sale other than our own, and we do not fall under the requirements of 452.19.
